“There are real professionals at work at Team Seefried. The creative concept development as well as the international network and the longterm (implementation) experience of the agency were more than enough to convince us. To put it briefly: We were extremely happy with the collaboration!”

the goal
- As a medium-sized IT service provider, AXA Technology Services is undergoing a profound change. For the region of northern Europe and its employees this means, among other things, personnel reduction, the digitalization of workflow and a higher degree of customer orientation. The increasing speed of change poses new demands on the employees’ individual change competence.
- The existing individual and organizational change skills of the employees should be activated and increased. Confidence in dealing with change should also be conveyed.

the content
- Team
The agency PUETTGEN Consulting (change consultancy) and Team Seefried Group as specialists for planning innovative and interactive workshops as well as the integration of social projects into personnel development, jointly undertook the planning and implementation of the transformation journey.
- Idea
- In order to transform high performers into change agents, the transformation journey was chosen as an experience-orientated approach.
- Meeting different people who have mastered even extreme changes should stimulate the change agents to reflect on change, give them confidence and convey change skills.
- Implementation
-
After a warm-up phase in a Brussels-based co-working space, participants should use the provided craft materials to visualize their current state of a
airs on the subject of change and explain it to the group. They then visited institutions and organizations that provided them with new insights on „change“: This included encounters with extraordinary people such as two people who grew up in an orphanage, a fugitive, a transgender man, the founder of a networking organization for farmers in third world countries and finally a man who became blind during the course of his life.
Using targeted questions, the participants should find solutions for their own problems and fears, and then elaborate these ideas to their colleagues. - Instead of professional speeches by coaches, there was a Q&A session, which would provide the participants with important knowledge about relevant questions. Cooperation and interaction instead of a concept developed beforehand by others.

the result
- The self-organized transformation dialogues initiated a discussion about change competence throughout the organization.
- Awareness and change skills of the change agents were recorded in qualitative and quantitative terms before and after the transformation journey. The results show that there was a significant increase.
