the goal
- Our client distributes their company software not only via direct sales, but also through selected sales partners. In order to continuously provide the sales partners and their end customers with news about the company’s products and services, as well as creating a close customer relationship and a corresponding upselling platform, the company organizes regular free-of-charge seminars.
- The optimization of the planning, implementation and evaluation of the sales seminars was and still is our main goal for the client. The resources and professional competence of the sales representatives should be used exclusively for the seminar contents – and not for the organization – in order to eliminate an important obstacle.

- Idea
- Due to the high frequency and generally identical process, a standardized planning, execution and processing of the seminars by an external event specialist was considered to be the most appropriate approach.
- The client receives a carefree package from us and needs only to take care of offering its sales partners the free product seminars. If a sales partner is interested in organizing a sales seminar and wants to invite pre-selected customers, he or she will contact us directly. From this point on, we take over all further organizational steps.
- Implementation
- The potential seminar participants will be contacted via our established and secure registration tool and will be able to register for the desired event. Event communication as well as the event itself and agenda are tailored to the corporate design and tonality of the client and the sales partner.
- We take over all organizational steps regarding event location, catering, technology and the supporting event program. The facilitators and speakers as well as their individual briefings are also booked through us. All necessary work materials, giveaways, name tags, etc. are ordered, stored and sent to the venue in good time for the event and also returned afterwards.
- After the event, our client and their sales partners can actively determine the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the respective seminar by enabling us to process the data.

the result
- A small quantity of personnel required, together with modular and complete solutions that can be adapted to a wide variety of topics. This is no longer wishful thinking for our client but has long been a reality.
