Components
The incentive trip to Lisbon included an all-inclusive package so that our client had absolutely no concerns.
Supported by our local partners, we organized all the flights, the daily program as well as the gala award evening and chose the hotel and restaurants. A film and photography team from Germany accompanied the group to Lisbon.
A round-the-clock manned hospitality desk took care of the extras and special wishes of the guests.
A specially programed event website as well as a twenty-four hour hotline supported guests before and during the event.
Implementation
In line with the idyllic location by the sea, the program included numerous water and land activities:
From the sailing trip through the Atlantic waves to the “tuk-tuk” rally and jeep safari. Of course a visit to the monastery and a ride on the famous Lisbon tram were included in the agenda.
An exclusive breakfast area in the hotel provided a special and familiar atmosphere.
The absolute highlight of the incentive trip was the gala evening, which took place in a historical monastery on the bank of the river Tajo. Here the participants were honored for their professional achievements in a fantastic location and then celebrated afterwards with an extravagant party. Boney M. as a special live act took care of the atmosphere and hot rhythm.

The attractiveness of this event was characterized above all by the variety of positive impacts: the participants were enthusiastic about this diversified professional time-out and felt appreciated as employees. In addition, the numerous group activities contributed to closer ties between the employees and the company. The feedback response confirmed this.
