“We were very satisfied with the speed and professionalism of Team Seefried Group! All our wishes were realised. Team Seefried also took care of the implementation of the TrendArena throughout the three-day trade fair.”
Internet World, hosted by Neue Mediengesellschaft Ulm (NMG), has established itself as a mecca for the digital industry. For over two decades, visitors from all over the world have been presented the most innovative solutions for digital commerce here. The newly created TrendArena should be the main attraction at the trade fair for the first time. High profile e-commerce professionals from the fields of business, politics and research should discuss and debate the current e-commerce topics for two days, giving visitors an interesting insight into the big topics of the future.
NMG wanted to make this new and innovative forum into something truly special and was therefore looking for an exciting production for this somewhat demanding target group.
the content
As experts with more than 35 years of experience in the conception and execution of high-calibre events, we supported our client in designing and supervising the TrendArena.
With the help of state-of-the-art communication technology such as the projection of the content onto large screens, a digitalized lectern and cleverly staged lighting, we succeeded in creating an appealing and constructive presentation and THE CONTENT discussion environment. In line with the contents, the furnishing of the TrendArena was kept very modern and simplistic.
Our service package included smooth technical support as well as taking care of the trade fair website. In collaboration with our technical partner, LiveCo, we were also responsible for the monitoring and set-up and dismantling of the TrendArena.
the result
The TrendArena was full for every lecture and discussion to the point where many visitors were standing behind the last row of seating. It was clear that the content and format were both a success!
