As a subcontractor, we were entrusted with the delivery of an event website and an event app for a financial conference, which attracted a total of 1,200 chairmen and marketing and sales executives from cooperative banks throughout Germany.
The primary objective was to make the registration process and information gathering in the run-up to the event as easy as possible for the participants, so that the conference on site could run smoothly.
To create a transparent solution for the client was equally as important as maintaining a modern company appearance and sharing relevant information in both directions.

Implementation
The content and design of the event website and the event app were tailored to the extensive customer requirements. The following demands were realized:
The simultaneous registration to four different user groups. For this purpose, the website had to be equipped with special access points for the different user groups in order to make the relevant content available to them.
For further convenience during the registration process, an auto-login was available instead of a password. The registration of each participant was finalized with individual barcodes, which were simply scanned at the entrance. This reduced logistical complications at the event and saved valuable time for all parties involved.
On the website and via the event app, the participants had access to a wide range of information about the event, the speakers, the event content, the floor plans as well as the photo gallery. Of course, all content was implemented in the client’s corporate design.
At the end of the event, the feedback page was also released on the website and app. In this way, the customer and the participating agencies were given valuable feedback on the planning and implementation for future events.

The easy and comfortable registration as well as a comprehensive and round-the-clock transfer of relevant information via app, both before and during the event, won over the participants.
The smooth organization of the event gave our customers the opportunity to fully focus on their core themes.
Through the final automated feedback from the participants, at just the push of a button, our customer received valuable feedback for the planning of future events.
